Week 1

Test yourself from home

Sync wearables, photograph meals, and order at-home lab tests so Ofee can keep tracking your inputs.

Weeks 2-3

Receive your physician-reviewed plan

Your results, lifestyle, and goals are reviewed together to create a practical longevity plan.

Ongoing

Track, adapt, and stay accountable

Continue tracking meals, sleep, fitness, stress, and other longevity markers with coaching and supplement support.

Biomarker Band

Ofee tracks a deeper health picture.

Routine care and test kits often stop at a fraction of the signals needed to understand long-term health. Ofee combines lab work, epigenetics, microbiome, genetics, imaging, wearables, and lifestyle inputs so recommendations can be more complete.

Supplements

Matched to your biology, not whatever is trending.

Ofee uses lab data to recommend supplement formulas that fit your goals and biomarkers. Supplementation is not a quick fix, but evidence-guided formulations can support the work you are already doing.

Core longevity support is designed for broad healthspan goals, while more tailored formulations are matched to premium and elite testing results.

Coaching

Three coaches. One plan. Real accountability.

Recovery, nutrition, and exercise support work from the same health profile, so coaching stays aligned with your testing and goals.

Recovery Coach

Personalized recovery protocols for physical and mental rejuvenation, built around your training and stress patterns.

Nutrition Coach

Registered dietitians translate aging science into daily nutrition protocols tied to your markers and goals.

Exercise Coach

Personalized training plans focused on sustainable strength, mobility, and healthspan instead of short-term aesthetics.

Every membership is verified by Expert Longevity Physicians.

Everything happens from home, except for your MRI and CT.

Your labs, genetics, microbiome testing, coaching, and supplements are delivered and managed at home. Advanced imaging runs through in-clinic partners, and we help you find an imaging center near you.

The usual way vs. the Ofee way

Taking your longevity seriously usually means building your own system: a clinic for one test, a lab for another, a few apps, and a folder of results that nobody connects. Traditional on-site longevity clinics can help, but they are usually concentrated in major cities, built around in-person visits, and can cost $25,000+ per year. Here's how that compares with doing it through Ofee.

What to solve Piecing it together yourself Traditional on-site clinics With Ofee
Where it happens You travel between separate clinics, labs, and imaging centers, each with its own appointments and wait times. You travel to the clinic for in-person visits, often in a major city, then still coordinate outside labs, imaging, or follow-up appointments as needed. Almost everything happens from home. When you need imaging, we schedule it for you at one of our partner centers.
Access Your options depend on which providers, labs, and imaging centers are near you and whether you can coordinate them yourself. High-end longevity clinics are often available only in major cities, so care may depend on where you live, whether you can travel, and whether appointments fit your schedule. Ofee is home-first and built for access beyond clinic walls, with telehealth consults, at-home testing where available, and coordinated partner imaging when needed.
Your data Your results are spread across patient portals, PDFs, and apps that don't talk to each other. Your clinic may hold part of the picture, but wearables, meals, outside records, imaging, and follow-up data can still sit in separate systems. Your labs, imaging, genetics, microbiome, wearable, and meal data all live together in one secure dashboard.
Who connects the dots You do. It's up to you to figure out what each result means and how it relates to the others. A clinician may review your results during scheduled visits, but access between visits can be limited and tied to clinic availability. Our physicians, coaches, and AI work together to interpret your results as a whole.
Your plan You may get general advice, if you get a plan at all. You may get a physician-led plan, but it is often centered around clinic visits instead of continuous daily guidance. You receive a personalized plan across medical, diet, exercise, and recovery, reviewed by our physicians.
Follow-up Follow-up happens whenever you remember to book it. Follow-up depends on clinic scheduling, travel, and visit availability. Follow-up is built in, with regular check-ins and a full re-evaluation every three months.
Coaching If you want coaching, you hire a separate trainer, nutritionist, and recovery specialist. Some clinics offer coaching, but it may be limited, in-person, or priced separately from the core medical program. Your recovery, nutrition, and exercise coaching all work from the same plan. Premium and Elite members work with live coaches, and Standard members get AI-guided coaching with live sessions available.
Supplements You pick products on your own and hope they're the right fit. Recommendations may come from the clinic, but ordering, adherence, and updates can still happen outside the rest of your daily health data. You receive physician-curated formulas matched to your results.
Cost Testing alone can run about $5,000 to $8,000 a year, before any physician or coaching time. Traditional concierge-style longevity clinics can cost $25,000+ per year, before factoring in travel and time away from work or family. One membership brings your testing, physician review, and coaching together, starting at $95 a month.

FAQ

Common questions

Do I still need my primary care doctor?

Yes. Ofee is designed to complement your existing care team, not replace it. We encourage you to keep seeing your primary care doctor and to share your Ofee results with them.

Are at-home tests accurate?

Your samples are processed by CLIA-certified partner laboratories, which meet the same federal standards that apply to hospital and clinic labs. Every result is then reviewed by our clinical team before it becomes part of your plan.

What if I want in-person care?

We're happy to help. For imaging, we schedule your scan at one of our partner centers. For other hands-on care, we'll refer you to one of our in-clinic partners.

Is Ofee available in my state?

Our Standard plan is available in all 50 states. Some physician services in our Premium and Elite plans, including prescriptions, are currently available only in select states. During your assessment, we'll confirm exactly what's available where you live.

Why Ofee

Start Now

Longevity Starts Now, Even at 20.

Not just for people in their 40s. Healthy aging begins with the choices, markers, and habits you build today.

Why?

Your biology starts building the future early.

Key biological markers, bone density, and cellular foundations peak or start shifting during young adulthood, long before visible signs of aging appear.

Peak Bone Mass

Bone density peaks in your 20s, making early strength work and nutrition important for future resilience.

Cellular Aging

Subtle cellular and metabolic shifts begin early, long before midlife symptoms or decline show up.

Habit Formation

Sleep, movement, and nutrition habits built early can reduce chronic disease risk decades later.

Key Early-Life Actions

  • Optimize nutrition: Choose whole foods, legumes, whole grains, and nuts early.
  • Build strength and mobility: Protect joints, posture, muscle, and cardiovascular function.
  • Support social and mental health: Build strong connections and active peer groups.

For Everyone

Longevity starts right now through daily, proactive habits that protect your physical, mental, and cellular health.

Move daily

Walk, stretch, and strength train to preserve muscle, bone density, and balance.

Prioritize sleep

Aim for 7 to 9 hours of quality rest for nervous and immune recovery.

Eat whole foods

Focus on vegetables, fruits, whole grains, healthy fats, and clean protein.

Stay connected

Maintain strong social ties because isolation can accelerate aging.

Manage stress

Use downtime, nature, and healthy coping strategies to lower chronic stress.

Avoid harmful habits

Do not smoke, limit alcohol, and avoid substance misuse.

Why biological age and system-level signals matter when you want to close the healthspan gap.

Screening
